Uqbar is the name of a country in Jorge Luis Borges meta-fictional short story, Tlön, Uqbar, Orbis Tertius. Like Borges, we aim to create new worlds, never before seen.

 

The things that we imagine will become reality for the time they are on the stage, and then remain in the world only as memory.
